SHIPPING

If an item is returned for insufficient mailing address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

MISSING ORDER

If your order is missing or not marked delivered, please contact your local post office or use the USPS website to file a missing mail claim. Once filed, please contact the shop for a replacement 30 days after the original shipment date.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, Charming Craft Company reserves the right to wait fourteen days from delivery date before we take action.

*Charming Craft Company is not responsible for missing, non-delivered or mis-delivered packages.

DAMAGED ORDER

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. A mail claim will be submitted to USPS with the evidence.

CANCELATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES NOT ACCETPED

Orders are started immediately after they are received. Charming Craft Company cannot guarantee a refund if the order has already been started. Please contact us immediately after purchase for cancelation or changes to your order.

Charming Craft Company does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can find an appropriate solution.
